Welcome and thank you for visiting the BioBusiness Alliance of Minnesota (“BBAM”) website. Please read this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use statement (“Policy”) very carefully. By accessing BioBusinessAlliance.org (this “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. As part of BBAM’s services, we may collect personal information submitted by our guests and other information regarding services, products or information requested. This helps us improve our Site and tailor our services to our guests’ needs. You can opt not to provide personal information to us by choosing not to use this Site or BBAM’s services.

We collect information in several different ways. We do not knowingly request information from children under the age of 13, and we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We urge parents to regularly monitor and supervise their children’s online activities.
7. Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.
BBAM respects the intellectual property rights of others, and expects its users to do the same. Upon receiving proper notice, BBAM will act to remove or disable access to material as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Any notifications of claimed copyright infringement must be sent to BBAM at address below.
