The Biobusiness Alliance of Minnesota is pleased to release a 2010 assessment of Minnesota’s competitiveness in the biobusiness industry among 10 other states and the nation as a whole. The study, conducted by Dr. Kelvin Willoughby, was a follow-up assessment from a 2006 report also conducted by Willoughby.
